Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO), having 27 years of experience and involves in design, plan and implement business strategies, policies and procedures to promote company culture and vision. Oversee daily operations and the work of executives, lead and motivator for other employees. Led the expansion activities and maintain relationships with partners and vendors. Also, using his core technical experience playing a key role on automation.

Prior to it, he was played various leadership roles at ATOS – SYNTEL, EDS(Currently Cap Gemini), Cognizant technologies (CTS) for over 21 years. His previous roles include Sr. Delivery manager, Client partner etc. for different customers in the US, UK, Europe and APAC.

Phani is passionate about solving customers’ business problems by innovatively applying technology, automation and delivery models.

Phani attended the Leadership and management program from BOSTON University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru university, Hyderabad, India.
