Venkata Sivaram Manyam is a post graduate in Human Resources Management and holds over 23 years of experience in the gamut of HR domain and out of which 19 years he is with Animation industry.

Well equipped and been a seasoned player in driving and aligning leadership team towards Organization goals. Diversified industry work experience background is his USP and has hands on experience in working with Pharmaceutical, Service, ITES sectors.

Sivaram worked as a General Manager HR with DQ Entertainment and led the HR function of 3D Division. Instrumental in designing various HR policies in line with Organization philosophy and has a proven track record of recruiting over 2000+ employees across all levels. He believes in Out of box thinking approach and driven by human values to balance competencies with compassion. 

Sivaram attended Leadership Excellence and Practice (LEAP) and Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) trainings and has attempted MSC Psychology from Annamalai University.
